Valley of Heroes
Did you know...

The three main characters in Valley of Heroes (Midnight, Olet, and Sandy) are actually my Nintendogs? That's right. As I mentioned a few times before, Valley of Heroes was originally not going to be a series at all, and just a test animation. The three Labradors were my star pets on the Nintendo DS game Nintendogs. Midnight was my agility champion, Olet was my disk champion, and Sandy was my obedience champion! Midnight ("Midnite" on Nintendogs, due to lack of space) was my very first Nintendog ever on my first ever gaming console: the original, brick of a Nintendo DS (which I still have, I love it♥). My second Nintendog was Archie the Shiba Inu, who was black and brown and cream. Then I got Sandy, and then Olet (whose name had no specific meaning at the time, it was just something I threw together because back then I created a lot of odd names, but I recently found out Olet means "you are" in Finnish). Their abilities on Nintendogs are reflected in their place and personality in the series. Midnight is excellent at agility, and in the series she is our strong/leaderly figure. Olet is good at disk competitions, and in the series she is our energetic, funny character. Sandy is good at obedience, and in the series she is the brains of the group. I still have all three of them on my Nintendogs: Lab&Friends game to this day♥

In the original plotline for Valley of Heroes Manjo (who appears in the first episode) was just going to be a cameo bad-guy? That's right! The heroes were going to be faced with a different main nemesis whose backstory was never developed. Manjo was just going to be one of his runners.

That humans are not present on the VoH planet? They live on a planet of similar makeup of Earth, but this planet is far from it. There are no human beings! The closest to humans on planet Hikandous are animapiens. The planet also has three moons which are explained in episode six, named Chu, Jin, and Ko. The planet's "Sun" is similar to ours, but much bigger, therefore Hikandous is farther away from it. They call their sun "Seuta".
